Existing Orders

To place an order, you must create an online account.

To find a product you wish to buy you can either search by description or by product code using the search facility in the top left of the page.

When you click on a product link, this will take you to the product page. From the product page you can add the product to your basket by clicking on the buy button towards the bottom of the page.

Clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button on the basket screen then takes you to the Shipping Confirmation page where you can select the correct UK delivery and billing address for this order. Please note that the billing address must match the details for the card that is being used.

Some of our products are for use in schools only. These products can only be delivered to the establishment/school shipping address.

Once you have chosen the delivery method and clicked on the Proceed to Payment button. This will take you through to the Payment Page.

Your Order

We accept orders at our discretion and all orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. It is your responsibility for ensuring the details you give are correct and complete. When placing your order online your card/debit card will be debited when you click the order button. We will acknowledge your order by sending you an email. The email will confirm the cost and delivery details, or notify you if the goods are unavailable. If we do no accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full. Goods are subject to availability.

Payment options

Two ways to pay

  1. All schools who register with us will be given the option to order on invoice during checkout.
  2. All customers can pay by Debit or Credit Card during checkout.

Invoice

Please enter your official order reference number during checkout.

Credit Card

Please quote the cardholder’s name, if different, and the registered cardholder’s address.

The Payment Pages are secure and you can safely enter your card details to pay for your order. We accept the following methods of payment: VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro, and VISA Purchasing.

Please select the desired payment option and proceed to the next page where you will enter the card details. Based on the type of card you are using for payment, you may then be asked to enter further details to enhance the security of the transaction. This request of information comes direct from your card issuer and relates to a password that identifies you as the authorised user of the card. If you do not have a password set up you can do so online during the transaction.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. Internet Fraud is Illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

If you do not want to order online you can also place an order by these other methods:

Payment Authentication

Payment authentication or 3D secure are fraud prevention initiatives launched by card issuers. Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) work in the same way. The authentication works by using passwords which are set up by you to protect you when you shop online.

How do I activate my card?

Many customers register their payment authentication with their card issuer. However, if you have not registered your card, you can register during the transaction. You should enter your card details and set a password in the secure window. Once you have registered your card, when you shop online in the future you will only have to enter your password.

Who do I contact for further information?

Customers should have received information about the payment authentication process from their card issuers. If you require more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately we have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication enquires.

Taking Payment

When you place an order via a credit card, we will take the payment as soon as your card has been authorised. If you order an item that you are not entitled to purchase we will refund your order. This will show on your bank statement within 2 – 3 working days.

Our professional health and education assessments can only be purchased by people with the required qualifications.

If you are placing your first online order we may need you to send copies of your qualifications by email, fax or post to our customer services team to enable us to verify these and complete your order.
